The Destination

The destination is overrated. Our society puts too much emphasis on finding happiness or fulfillment through the end of a goal. 

Working out 7 days a week, preparing for a half marathon, losing 25 lbs… those are simply tools. 

Tools to assist in changing your habits, in changing your mindset. Tools to help you build your journey. 

The journey is where the real growth is made. The journey is where you learn the most about yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

The goal is that the journey never ends, it simply evolves. 

Once your destination is reached, the work isn’t done. Your life continues. Your goals continue. So why shouldn’t YOU continue?
