Women Owned Business

  So let’s talk about COVID-19!  Just Kidding, I’m definitely going to take a back seat on this one for blogs.  There is more than enough discussion on this subject circling every aspect of our lives, it has even affected households toilet paper supply! What the heck!  But seriously, I had an amazing event booked right in my own home town, paid in full, and now it is postponed with no future date given. Vai was at its first Sip N Shop March 5th and we sold 4 bras!;)  For a small local gathering I was satisfied with four sales, four more women enjoying a hands free life! It was in Santa Margarita at a residential home with 5 other vendors. All women owned and rockin it!  It was nice to be with women taking a chance and starting their own business! Most were in my position with another full or part time job with kids!  

1. Jamie Jenkins with Arbonne.  I personally got the 30 day detox kit!  It came with two huge bags of protein shake mix, a bag of fiber, a bag of greens, probiotic sticks, two boxes of detox teas, and a big supply of energy fizz ( my total fav)  I started with the probiotic in water followed with a morning shake, cinnamon roll flavor Delish! I even got to pick a free gift of my choice no matter the price! I did the night anti-aging cream. I used it for the first time last night and extremely happy with it.

1. Ali Bateman with Fit 4 Moms! https://fit4mom-slocounty.pike13.com/accounts/sign_in I became a member of Fit 4 Moms not too long ago and it was the right move for me!  I’m getting out doors, being a part of a group in my community and working out! Talk about two birds and one stone.  The other moms are awesome and the workouts kick my butt! Literally I feel it days later and that’s with stretching it out! 

1. Makenna Gonzalez  with @bohomegoods.  Makenna makes the cutest clay jewelry/watches. I personally bought the pair of cutest earrings and with her discount she was giving I bought a second pair for Sarah!! Your welcome Sarah;) They go with so much and I get great compliments on them.

1. Dolly Anthony with Lilly James Co https://lillyjamesco.bigcartel.com/  These are the cutest hand made baby products, clutches, hand bags!  Now you might be thinking does this bring an element of conflict of interest for my product? Really it doesn’t because what does every woman want in her everyday life!? Options!!!  My Hands free sports bra is not to replace purses and adorable handbags there is a time and place for every woman’s great inventions!!

1. Nikkie Myall with @Purelygoldentans.  Last but certainly not least is Nikkie a mobile spray tan artist, and yes she is an artist because she was able to turn my White butt golden brown!  It has been over 8 days and I am still enjoying it! She texted me instructions on what to do for my skin the day before and after care instructions to keep my skin moist, smooth and lasting in color.  But most important she was so personable and really made me feel relaxed during the session. 

I had a fantastic time, sold some products, and got to meet some awesome women entrepreneurs!  I hope to do many more of these especially with the nation being under house arrest right now and not knowing how long it will last.
