I can’t believe that it is already August of 2021, where has the time gone? Between working a full-time job, raising a 5-year-old, rescuing a 7-month-old German Shepherd, maintaining a household, and running a small start-up business I can see why time flies by! It’s almost impossible to manage Marketing, Social Media, bookkeeping, networking, blogging, event planning, and reaching out to retail shops. Should I go on?
My Plans for this Co are as follows:
- Make at least one event a month for the rest of this year.
What have I lined up so far?
- Home and Health Expo September 18th & 19th 2021. The sweetest thing about this one is it’s close to home! No traveling expenses! It’s local and health related, I am so stoked for this one.
- Artisan Craft Fair October 16th 2021. Also right here local, very nice! This will be a first for this event so we will see how it goes! Whats nice is that it is very local. I will be able to network and connect with people in my own community.
- 626 Night Market October 22nd – 24th. Traveling to Orange County CA. I am a little nervouse about being compatable with this show but if past shows have taught me anything it’s you never know how sales will go!
- City to Sea 5K run November 21st. Another one here at home! And an actual run, which is right up our ally and nich.
- Yes I still need to book a December event.
Through these events, I am hoping to network! Sell bras! And book more events!
My plan of action is to keep researching events and to set up vendors at as many races and sportswear events as I can.
On top of being a vendor at shows that give me my ROI plus profit my plans for this company include.
- A new manufacturing order
- A new design and possibly going USA made ( If it works out financially.)
- Hiring and Launching new marketing.
My last word for, what’s new with Vai, is I have been doing Live IG interviews about once a month. They are super stressful and super fun!:). All my interviews are with local businesses and are also giveaways!! My intentions are to create awareness for small local businesses.
Wish me luck!
