Fitness

Fitness – it can be that word that inspires us or even feel guilty for not doing what we set out for. We shape our minds to what we want. All of us want different goals for our fitness and mental goals. I and others, many people want to be in a healthy state of physical being. It is challenging to always be “happy” or do workouts. In my own state of health, I have come to terms that with life, work, kids, or whatever your situation is we have detractors. I have 3 kids, 2 that are teenage boys and a daughter. My husband works a lot and I have so much on my plate. So when I miss a week or even more not working out or anything that can make me feel better, I get down on myself mentally. That is where we should allow ourselves to understand that every day to every week is different. It is hard to always keep up with the demands that life deals us. Whether we can do it on our own or have a partner to help encourage our goals – we can accomplish a fitness goal, physical and mental. I have started the beginning of my day to say out loud what I am thankful for. It’s a start to my day and no matter the situation, we are strong women. 💪 ❤️
