Commitment

I have committed myself to getting into shape!  I did list it as one of my new year resolutions but really it’s been on my mind way before the new year.  Before I got pregnant with my last son I had an amazing body! I was in the 125lb range with great energy.  I stopped weighing myself about 4 months ago and I refuse to step on a scale ( unless for some reason I have to go to the Dr.s) so as not to go into a severe depression!  I recently joined a work out group called Fit 4 Moms. It is a franchise that can be started by anyone and anywhere I believe. I was introduced to an owner nearby me by a mutual friend, who knew our two companies would  perfectly complement each other! Ali owns a Fit 4 Moms in Atascadero and recently opened one in San Luis Obispo. She contacted me after viewing my website and stated that our two companies should become best friends, after looking into her Instagram and Fit 4 Moms website I completely agreed.  We met up on a local beautiful walking/jogging/bike riding trail called the Bob Jones Trail where I gifted her a sports bra to make sure she loved it and wanted to collaborate! She reported back to me two days later that she had not taken it off since receiving it which is such music to my ears!  

     Side Note:  We are such a brand new company with such a brand new design and idea that I get neurotic to know everyone’s feedback!  90% of my feedback has been amazing with people of all ages and lifestyles loving the bra! Moms, outdoor activists, women who simply love wearing relaxing yoga attire are enjoying this bra!

     I became a member of Fit 4 Moms Feb 4th 2020 I did not have to pay a membership fee and all the equipment used is brought by the instructor!  I bring my yoga mat, water bottle and stroller, on a good day I even remember my kid! HA! just kidding I always remember my 4 year old! With my work schedule and Tristan’s speech therapy Thursdays and Fridays 9:30 am to 10:30 am are my workout days with my new crew!  Getting myself into a comment, even if it costs monthly, is what I need to stay accountable to my fitness and health goals!
