Summer (aka PasoRoblesMom)

Hey there new & old friends! Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Summer. The mad hatter behind PasoRoblesMom aka PasoHats aka the hat lady aka Paso Mom. Call me what ever you’d like, it’s all good! You know where to find this hat loving lady!

I hand-make badass custom baseball, trucker and flexfit hats for toddlers, kids, men and women. I’m a 40 year old fitness/vodka lovin’, sarcastic, mother to two wildly animated kiddos, grateful wife to this incredible man, loyal gal pal, colon cancer survivor, breast cancer previvor and so much more!

Flash back: 4 years ago (pre-cancer, pre-many valuable life lessons) what once was merely a “fun hat hobby” quickly blossomed into a passion filled, creative opportunity. Trucker hats became an awesome way to connect people with one another and create lasting keepsakes to be treasured for many, many years to come. This business means far more to my family and I than simply making cool hats. It’s in many ways my calling on a multitude of levels as we all navigate this wild adventure on earth together. The year after my colon surgery I realized my new normal was here to stay and working from home was an absolute gift. A few weeks after my prophylactic double mastectomy I confirmed, the love I feel toward creating and working in my home is precious. I’m honored to have such great connections with my customers and love to see so many smiles as you rock your unique snapbacks.

I’ve been loved and lifted up by many gracious people through my health battles and making custom hats come to life for others is my way of giving back, helping myself and other people to heal, celebrate or just express themselves!

I’m so happy you’re here, that I’m still here and that we can all do this whole life thing with kindness in our hearts and rad trucker hats on our heads!
